Fellers Ranch Wagyu Ribeye Steak w/ Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season your Wagyu ribeye with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the Wagyu ribeye steak to the pan and cook for two minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate. Add potatoes, carrots, and green beans to the same pan and toss with olive oil. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy!
