Ingredients:
- Fellers Ranch Wagyu brisket
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Brown sugar
- Apple cider vinegar
- Chicken broth
- BBQ sauce of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season your Wagyu brisket with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the Wagyu brisket to the pan and cook for two minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, and BBQ sauce to the same pan and whisk together. Place the Wagyu brisket back in the pan and coat with the sauce. Place in the oven and bake for three hours or until the Wagyu brisket is fork tender. Enjoy!
