A meat knife

A rub or salt, pepper, and garlic

Smoker/slow cooker/oven

Barbeque sauce, if desired

Steps to Be Followed To Cook Smoked Wagyu Brisket By Fellers Ranch - 



Smoked brisket is the preferred cooking method of master grills and restaurateurs. If you have a smoker at home and haven't tried smoked brisket yet, follow these tips for a classic, courtesy of Beef. 


Add wood, chips, pellets or charcoal to your smoker according to the instructions given by the smoker's Manual. Preheat to 225°F. 


Add your favorite marinade or seasoning with a combination of paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub over the Brisket. 


Insert the meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.


Place  brisket on griddle and set  timer for about 12 hours, depending on the smoked flavor you needed.  


Remove brisket, slice, serve and enjoy with your favorite grilled dish.
