Wagyu Ground Beef Recipe - Korean Meatballs
We’re so excited to share this delicious recipe given to us by Pigs Eye BBQ! We combined the delicious flavors of our Wagyu ground beef with some tasty spices, then added a little influence from Korean cuisine, and we came up with something beautiful!

Korean-style Wagyu Meatballs

Cook Time: 20-40 min
Servings: 8-10
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of Fellers Ranch Wagyu Ground Beef
- 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Panko or Breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp. Ground Ginger
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 tsp. or to taste of Croix Valley Garlic Barbecue Booster
- ½ Cup thinly sliced green onions
Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions
For sauce: 1 Bottle of Croix Valley Garlic Ginger Teriyaki BBQ and Wing Sauce
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a large bowl or pan, mix Wagyu ground beef, sesame oil, panko crumbs, ground ginger, sliced green onions, Garlic BBQ booster sauce, and eggs.

Mix well with gloved hands

Shape the mixture into medium size balls (about 2–3-inches each) and place on a greased baking sheet leaving room between each meatball.

Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until no longer pink inside (160 degrees internal temperature).

Once the meatballs are fully cooked, heat up the Garlic Ginger Teriyaki sauce on the stovetop (low-medium heat).

Dip each meatball individually, using a toothpick, into the sauce. Or, you can pour the sauce directly on the meatballs and gently stir them until covered.

Sprinkle with additional green onion and sesame seeds.

Optional- Serve over a bed of white rice
