Wagyu Cheesy Mexican Pizza by Smokin Bro’s BBQ

  • First, take 1lb of Fellers Ranch® Wagyu Ground Beef and crumble it into a skillet. Add a couple of Tbsp of water to the meat and 3 TBSP of The Convicto seasoning. Stir around until fully cooked.
  • Brown 2 tortillas on both sides. You can do this in a pan, on an electric skillet, or even straight on the fire from the stove if you use a gas stove.
  • Empty a can of re-fried beans into a pot and heat until fully cooked.
  • Lay tortillas flat and smear the refried beans on top, cooked Wagyu meat, a drizzle of taco sauce, and your favorite shredded cheese. You can also add some peppers, onions, or any other toppings you might enjoy.
  • Lay the other tortilla on top and sprinkle some more cheese on it. Now throw it in the broiler until the cheese is all the way melted.
  • We recommend topping the Mexican pizza with some cilantro as well.
  • Sit back and enjoy this delicious take on Mexican Pizza!

  • Pour in 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire and add 2 cloves of garlic to the meat mixture and combine.

Tater Tot Hot-Dish by Pig’s Eye BBQ

This Wagyu hotdish from Pig's Eye BBQ uses Fellers Ranch Wagyu Beef

  • Start with 1lb of Fellers ranch Wagyu Ground Beef. Break it apart in a hot skillet with a little oil and add ½ a white onion to the beef and salt /pepper as needed. Sautee until browned.
  • We recommend adding some Croix Valley Garlic Barbecue Booster to your tasting, or any other desired seasonings as a substitute.
  • Put in a bowl a ½ can of cream of chicken, ½ a can of cream of mushroom,, a few dollops of sour cream (about ½ a cup), and a package of frozen veggies. You can also mix in some extra cheese here (about a cup or more, we won’t judge) for an extra flavorful hot dish.
  • Mix it all together and put in a deep baking pan.
  • Heat oven to 375℉
  • Layer frozen tater tots over the entire mixture.
  •  Bake for 35 minutes covered with foil.
  • Add another 1 cup of cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Sit back and enjoy this tasty take on a midwestern family classic!
