Wagyu Cheesy Mexican Pizza by Smokin Bro’s BBQ
This Wagyu pizza from Smokin' Bros BBQ uses Fellers Ranch Wagyu Beef
- First, take 1lb of Fellers Ranch® Wagyu Ground Beef and crumble it into a skillet. Add a couple of Tbsp of water to the meat and 3 TBSP of The Convicto seasoning. Stir around until fully cooked.
- Brown 2 tortillas on both sides. You can do this in a pan, on an electric skillet, or even straight on the fire from the stove if you use a gas stove.
- Empty a can of re-fried beans into a pot and heat until fully cooked.
- Lay tortillas flat and smear the refried beans on top, cooked Wagyu meat, a drizzle of taco sauce, and your favorite shredded cheese. You can also add some peppers, onions, or any other toppings you might enjoy.
- Lay the other tortilla on top and sprinkle some more cheese on it. Now throw it in the broiler until the cheese is all the way melted.
- We recommend topping the Mexican pizza with some cilantro as well.
