Wagyu Roast with Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients:
- Fellers Ranch Wagyu roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic cloves
- Chicken broth
- Dijon mustard
- Horseradish sauce
- Sour cream
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season your Wagyu roast with salt and pepper on all sides. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the Wagyu roast to the pan and cook for two minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate. Add onion, garlic cloves, chicken broth, dijon mustard, horseradish sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the same pan and whisk together. Place the Wagyu roast back in the pan and coat with the sauce. Place in the oven and bake for two hours or until the Wagyu roast is fork tender. Remove from oven and let rest for five minutes before cutting into it. Serve with horseradish sauce on the side. Enjoy!
