We use carefully selected shipping methods and packaging: each cut is vacuum-packed and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice. Orders are shipped every Tuesday to ensure the fastest, most reliable transit times. While your products may arrive completely frozen or partially frozen, you can trust that we take every step to make sure your beef arrives below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. At Fellers Ranch, we keep shipping simple and transparent with flat rates based on your location. Shipping within Minnesota is just $9.99 for ground delivery. To ensure frozen delivery, you can select one-day air. For regional deliveries outside Minnesota, the rate is $29.99. And for national shipments across the country, the flat rate is $49.99. These rates cover all packaging, handling, and shipping costs to ensure your Wagyu arrives frozen or partially frozen. Most of the big brands only control one step of the process. We do it all – locally. With two family farms in Southern Minnesota and one just across the border in South Dakota. Our cattle are raised slow — 26 months, about a year longer than average — to develop the deep marbling that makes real Wagyu unforgettable.
Every animal is processed at our 90-year-old USDA-inspected butcher shop in Conger, Minnesota. And every cut is dry-aged for 10 days and has to hit a BMS marbling score of 6 to 10 before it leaves our hands.
