Shipping

We use carefully selected shipping methods and packaging: each cut is vacuum-packed and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice. Orders are shipped every Tuesday to ensure the fastest, most reliable transit times. While your products may arrive completely frozen or partially frozen, you can trust that we take every step to make sure your beef arrives below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have any questions about our shipping process or how we protect the quality of our meat, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re a small team, and your trust means everything to us.

Fellers Ranch® isn’t following the factory model. We’re not chasing volume. And we’re not crunching numbers.

Small, slow, and serious about standards. That’s our way.

Most of the big brands only control one step of the process. We do it all – locally. With two family farms in Southern Minnesota and one just across the border in South Dakota. Our cattle are raised slow — 26 months, about a year longer than average — to develop the deep marbling that makes real Wagyu unforgettable.

Every animal is processed at our 90-year-old USDA-inspected butcher shop in Conger, Minnesota. And every cut is dry-aged for 10 days and has to hit a BMS marbling score of 6 to 10 before it leaves our hands.

Delicious piece of meat.

This was one of the best looking briskets I have gotten. I did a lot of looking before settling on Fellers for my New Year's brisket. I love that they are a small family farm and want to support them, they play an invaluable and under appreciated role in the world. The meat was a stunner, you can tell these animals are well cared for and they take pride in their product. The intramuscular marbling was gorgeous. I smoked this brisket and I did have much in the way of fat to trim off the point, the flat needed almost no trimming. The meat was juicy and delicious, the beef really stood out. I knew it was going to be delicious because of the marbling and the dark red color of the meat, which you only see in the highest quality of beef. I have several steaks that look amazing as well, I can't wait to cook some of those up in the near future. Please keep doing what you are doing. I will definitely be ordering from your farm again.
