Fellers Ranch® Wagyu Beef Tallow comes in a convenient 1-gallon tub for easy storage and everyday use. Rendered from our Midwest Wagyu beef, it adds rich beef flavor to frying, roasting, grilling, searing, and more. Use it in place of traditional cooking oils or shortenings for crispy potatoes, vegetables, burgers, steaks, and other savory dishes. With approximately 7 pounds of tallow per tub, it is a versatile option for restaurants, foodservice kitchens, and serious home cooks. Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is recommended for optimal quality and texture.

Most of the big brands only control one step of the process. We do it all – locally. With two family farms in Southern Minnesota and one just across the border in South Dakota. Our cattle are raised slow — 26 months, about a year longer than average — to develop the deep marbling that makes real Wagyu unforgettable.

Every animal is processed at our 90-year-old USDA-inspected butcher shop in Conger, Minnesota. And every cut is dry-aged for 10 days and has to hit a BMS marbling score of 6 to 10 before it leaves our hands.
