Shipping
We use carefully selected shipping methods and packaging: each cut is vacuum-packed and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice. Orders are shipped every Tuesday to ensure the fastest, most reliable transit times. While your products may arrive completely frozen or partially frozen, you can trust that we take every step to make sure your beef arrives below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have any questions about our shipping process or how we protect the quality of our meat, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re a small team, and your trust means everything to us.
At Fellers Ranch, we keep shipping simple and transparent with flat rates based on your location. Shipping within Minnesota is just $9.99 for ground delivery. To ensure frozen delivery, you can select one-day air. For national deliveries outside Minnesota, the rate is calculated based on the actual price for one/two-day air to ensure the product comes frozen or partially frozen! These rates cover all packaging, handling, and shipping costs to ensure your Wagyu arrives frozen or partially frozen. Most of the big brands only control one step of the process. We do it all locally. With two family farms in Southern Minnesota and one just across the border in South Dakota. Our cattle are raised slow 26 months, about a year longer than average to develop the deep marbling that makes real Wagyu unforgettable.
Every animal is processed at our 90-year-old USDA-inspected butcher shop in Conger, Minnesota. And every cut is dry-aged for 10 days and has to hit a BMS marbling score of 6 to 10 before it leaves our hands.

Wagyu beef is universally known as the world's finest and most premium beef available. Here at Fellers Ranch®, we proudly raise Wagyu cattle in an ethical and humane manner. Our ranch never gives our Wagyu cattle any growth hormones, animal byproducts, or antibiotics. We pride ourselves in never using commercial feedlots or corporate processing plants like many other cattle farms. Instead, we utilize more natural methods to produce the finest Wagyu beef in the Midwest. Our cattle have constant access to clean water, adequate space, fresh air, quality forage, and comfortable shelter. We believe that this method of raising Wagyu results in a healthier and tastier product. Not to mention, our Wagyu is also ethically processed at the Conger Meat Market and locally delivered across Minnesota!
Fellers Ranch® Wagyu beef is not only incredibly delicious and tender but also very healthy. It contains higher levels of monounsaturated fat, or better known as the “good” fat. Our Wagyu beef also contains essential amino acids, including omega-3 and omega-6 which are beneficial for heart health. On average, Wagyu contains fewer calories than other types of beef, making it overall a healthier option for steak lovers!
