WAGYU PICANHA (TOP SIRLOIN)
Wagyu Picanha is a delicious Brazilian dish made from the top sirloin cap of Wagyú cattle. The cut has an extremely tender and flavorful texture, which makes it perfect for grilling or pan-frying! It can be cooked on both an open flame as well as indoors using pans or grilling equipment - making this popular food easy for Americans who love great BBQ flavors but don't want to deal with all those pesky spices!
Also known as Top Sirloin, the Picanha cut of beef comes from the rump area above a fat cap. It has been renamed in America, where it's known as a sirloin cap or simply just "the butt."

Our cattle are raised for an average of 30 months, we utilize high-end genetics to produce our cattle and they are fed a specialized diet at specific weights which ensures they have an excellent flavor as well!

Fellers Ranch™ is a partnership between a third-generation family farmer, a 75 year-old-family-owned (USDA-inspected) meat processing facility, and several seasoned ranchers. Together, we have an exciting new vision. That vision is based on decades of raising cattle and hand carving the best Wagyu steaks.
WAGYU BEEF PRODUCT BENEFITS
Fellers Ranch™ all-natural Wagyu beef, grown locally by family farmers in south-central Minnesota. Our cattle are hormone and antibiotic-free, and nitrates are never added to our meat. Furthermore, animal by-products are never included in our cattle's diet.
Our cattle are raised with the most modern, low-stress techniques, and they are given constant access to clean water, adequate space, fresh air, quality forage, and comforting shelter. We love our Wagyu, and so will you!
To ensure the highest quality, we ship all of our products carefully. We use dry ice, and we follow all FDA guidelines. We ship all orders on Tuesdays, which allows all deliveries to be made in a timely manner.
