Wagyu Ground Beef Recipe From Pig's Eye BBQ | Fellers Ranch
At Fellers Ranch, we are proud to work with local partners and small businesses in southern Minnesota. Our commitment to these businesses helps us to stand out from other meat companies. We raise our Wagyu cattle on the Merkouris ranch in Alden, MN. The farm is owned by one of our Fellers Ranch partners, Ryan Merkouris. The Wagyu cattle are then processed down the road at Conger Meat Market, which is also owned by one of our partners. This allows us to provide you with top-quality Wagyu beef, whether you are a premium steakhouse or a family that appreciates good quality and locally raised beef. We are honored to be able to offer this product to our community and beyond.
